Skechers, the Comfort Technology Company®, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our New Jersey store. You will support the Management Team across operations, lead a team, and ensure top‑notch customer service and store performance.

You’ll manage inventory, enhance displays, and execute sales initiatives to contribute to profitability and store success. This role requires flexible scheduling and strong leadership across departments.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead a team and deliver strong customer service.
• Experience in retail leadership preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent service.
• Visual Merchandising: ensure displays and layouts meet brand standards.
• Inventory Management: monitor stock levels and restock for a seamless shopping experience.
• Operations Management: oversee scheduling, opening/closing, and store procedures; lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
• Sales Management: drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and achieving targets.
• Problem-Solving: address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns.
