Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in San Diego, CA to oversee daily store operations, staff development, and customer service excellence. You will support scheduling, training, and adherence to brand standards while guiding the team to achieve KPIs and sales targets.

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead store associates through training programs, goal setting, and regular follow-up.
• Administer disciplinary steps including verbal and written warnings in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Engage team members to create a fun, productive environment aligned with company objectives and store success.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on proper operations and procedures.
