Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Northridge location. You will lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service while mentoring team members.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, and maintaining store standards, with emphasis on a positive, inclusive work environment and adherence to company policies. This role reports to the Store Manager and involves occasional lifting and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
