Job summary

ASICS America Corporation in Vineland is seeking an Assistant Head Coach (Assistant Store Manager) to support the Head Coach with daily store operations, sales, customer service, recruiting, training, coaching, and maintaining high standards. You will supervise in the Head Coach's absence and uphold company policies and corporate directives.

The role requires 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury or athletic goods, and a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Experience in luxury, sporting goods or athletic industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring sales floor activities and making decisions on breaks and BOH tasks.
• Opening and closing tasks to ensure visual appeal for the next day.
• Coach team members on sales strategy and customer service.
• Greet and assist customers and guide product selection.
• Ensure sales targets are met by monitoring hourly performance.
• Assist with stock receiving and merchandise inspection.
• Audit sales and transaction reports for accuracy.
• Maintain store appearance and organize displays.
• Analyze store data to devise a sales strategy.
• Interact with employees and external vendors.
