Job summary

Fabletics is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Broadway Plaza store in Walnut Creek, CA. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, operational excellence, and a seamless omnichannel experience for online and physical stores.

You’ll lead a high-energy team, train associates, manage daily activities, and ensure optimal customer experiences while maintaining merchandising standards and store safety.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum retail management experience.
• Familiar with active lifestyle activities (yoga, cycling, Pilates, running).
• Ability to engage customers, employees, and partners.
• Experience leading large teams and training store staff.
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, clear communicator, able to motivate others.
• Must multi-task, set priorities, and work under pressure.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
