DTLR, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, manage expenses and inventory, and lead a team focused on outstanding customer service.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail management experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation starts at $19.37 per hour and can rise with performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality and performance of store staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead recruiting, training, and development of store personnel.

• Assist in annual performance evaluations.
• Travel to multiple stores within district.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
