Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train, coach and develop store staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations and sales growth.
• Oversee staffing, training, performance reviews and compliance.
• Monitor expenses, inventory, and shrink to meet budgets.
• Lead customer service standards and merchandising execution.
• Coordinate multi-store coverage within the district.
