Job summary

FirstCash Pawn in Euless, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager with 6+ months of leadership experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead our team, drive sales, manage assets, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced pawn shop environment.

We offer an hourly wage between $13.00 and $19.00 plus commission and performance bonuses. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401k, tuition reimbursement, and Earned Wage Access.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience supervising others.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Ability to work across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Promote a customer-centric environment and address issues.
• Coach pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
• Open/close the store and manage cash drawers.
• Ensure asset protection and inventory control.
• Manage store operations and reporting.
• Analyze financial statements and drive profitability.
• Monitor loan qualification and buying processes.
• Act as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Communicate clearly with staff about mission and objectives.
