FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Phoenix, AZ. The role offers hourly pay from $18.00 to $21.00 plus commission based on productivity and a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, and perform duties for extended periods as required by retail work.
• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Should be able to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote a customer-centric environment and professionally address customer issues.
• Assist in training Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent using company-prescribed channels.
• Open/close the store, count cash drawers and merchandise, protect assets.
• Ensure asset protection through inventory control and loan management.
• Manage store operations, merchandising, systems, and reporting.
• Analyze financial statements and drive profitability with goal setting.
• Meet FirstCash operating standards and monitor loan processes for value.
• Perform training and self-development tasks as requested.
• Communicate clearly to staff about mission and profit objectives.
