Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Cash America Pawn store in Texas. The role partners with the Store Manager to lead a team, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service while overseeing cash handling, inventories, and asset protection.

The position offers an hourly base wage with commissions and eligibility for paid vacation, benefits, and advancement opportunities within a large retail/payments network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise others and manage store operations.
• Experience handling firearms and obtaining firearms certification.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Recruit and develop store staff; drive customer relations and satisfaction.
• Open/close store, manage cash drawers, protect assets.
• Oversee inventory, loans, merchandising, and store systems.
