Doc Holiday Pawn in Fort Worth, TX seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach staff, and drive sales. The role offers an hourly wage plus commission based on productivity and a store-performance bonus.

You will work to maximize profitability while delivering excellent customer service. The position requires prior supervision experience, a flexible retail schedule, and the ability to handle cash and inventory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds and perform duties.
• Experience supervising others.
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends.
• Minimum age 18.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Willingness to work across multiple store locations.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a customer-centric environment by addressing issues promptly.
• Train Pawnbrokers to FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
• Open/close store, count cash, protect assets.
• Manage loans, inventory, merchandising, store systems and reporting.
• Analyze store financials to drive profitability.
• Ensure operations meet FirstCash standards.
• Monitor loan qualification and buying processes.
• Communicate store mission and objectives.
• Act as manager on duty when Store Manager is absent.
• Other duties as assigned.
