Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management experience.
• Assist Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations and promote a positive environment.
• Ability to promote customer satisfaction and asset protection.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner and addressing issues.
• Monitor and assist in training Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through company-prescribed channels.
• Open and close the store and handle cash, safeguarding assets.
• Ensure asset protection through inventory control and proper documentation.
• Manage store systems, merchandising, and enterprise-level reporting.
• Analyze store financial statements to drive profitability and meet goals.
• Maintain compliance with FirstCash standards and loan processes.
• Communicate store objectives clearly to staff and customers.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and policies.
