$13.00 to $16.50 per hour

Position Summary

Seeking an Assistant Store Manager with at least six months of management or third-key experience. Responsible for daily operations, team development, recruitment, financial management, and customer satisfaction. Promotes a customer-centric environment and partners with the Store Manager to meet financial goals and manage assets.

Responsibilities of an Assistant Store Manager

• Foster a customer-centric environment and address customer issues promptly.
• Train and develop pawnbrokers to meet company standards.
• Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
• Open and close the store, including cash and merchandise management.
• Ensure asset protection and inventory control.
• Manage store processes including loans, inventory, merchandising, and reporting.
• Analyze financial statements and drive profitability.
• Maintain operational standards and monitor loan processes.
• Act as manager on duty when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Proven supervisory skills.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
• Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literacy and cash handling experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

Commission Plan

Potential to earn 2-8% commission based on gross profit, with additional details provided during interview.
