We are currently looking for the right Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $13.00 to $16.50, with an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process. Our retail sales associates can earn UP TO 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $3.65 per hour ON TOP OF YOUR HOURLY RATE.

Position Summary

Seeking an Assistant Store Manager with at least 6+ months of management/3rd key experience. Responsible for daily operations, leading and developing staff, recruiting, maximizing financial goals, and ensuring excellent customer relations. Also, analyzing financial statements, promoting asset protection, and contributing to a customer-centric environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
• Assist in training staff and recruiting top talent.
• Manage store opening and closing procedures, inventory, and security.
• Drive profitability through financial analysis and goal setting.
• Ensure operational standards meet company standards.
• Monitor loan and buying processes, and act as manager on duty as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Effective supervision skills, ability to work with firearms (if applicable), and flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• High School Diploma or GED, 18+ years old, computer literacy, cash handling experience, and ability to work independently.
