We are seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our team! This position offers an hourly wage of $13.00 to $17.00 per hour, with an easily achievable commission structure that pays for every transaction processed. Our retail sales associates can earn UP TO 8% on transactions, potentially adding approximately $5.01 per hour on top of your base pay.
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for daily store operations, team development, recruiting, financial management, and customer satisfaction. This role partners with the Store Manager to meet financial goals and promote a customer-centric environment. The position offers an hourly wage plus commission and bonuses based on productivity and store performance.
