We are seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our team! This position offers an hourly wage of $13.00 to $17.00 per hour, with an easily achievable commission structure that pays for every transaction processed. Our retail sales associates can earn UP TO 8% on transactions, potentially adding approximately $5.01 per hour on top of your base pay.

Position Summary

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for daily store operations, team development, recruiting, financial management, and customer satisfaction. This role partners with the Store Manager to meet financial goals and promote a customer-centric environment. The position offers an hourly wage plus commission and bonuses based on productivity and store performance.

Responsibilities include:
  • Fostering a customer-centric environment and addressing issues promptly.
  • Training and developing staff, recruiting top talent.
  • Managing store opening and closing procedures, inventory, and asset protection.
  • Analyzing financial statements and driving profitability.
  • Ensuring store standards and compliance.
  • Monitoring loan and buying processes for integrity.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Supervisory experience and ability to work with firearms (certification required).
  • Minimum age 18, high school diploma or GED, flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Computer literacy, multitasking skills, attention to detail, and cash handling experience.
  • Strong work ethic and business acumen.
