We offer an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process!

Our retail sales associates can earn UP TO 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $4.31 per hour ON TOP OF YOUR HOURLY RATE.

Position Summary :

Seeking an Assistant Store Manager with at least six months of management or third-key experience. Responsible for daily store operations, promoting a positive environment, leading and developing staff, recruiting, and managing customer relations. Sets the tone for a customer-centric environment.

Partners with the Store Manager to analyze financial statements, meet financial goals, promote the business, and acquire new customers. Works with jewelry, tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more.

This role offers an hourly wage plus commission based on productivity and store performance. Actual pay depends on location, experience, and qualifications.

Responsibilities include :

  • Fostering a customer-centric environment and addressing issues promptly.
  • Training and developing pawnbrokers.
  • Recruiting top talent through prescribed channels.
  • Opening and closing the store, managing cash and merchandise, ensuring asset protection.
  • Managing inventory, loans, merchandising, and store presentation.
  • Analyzing financial statements and driving profitability.
  • Ensuring operational standards meet company standards.
  • Monitoring loan processes for value and integrity.
  • Self-development and training tasks.
  • Communicating store mission and goals to staff.
  • Acting as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications :

  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Proven supervisory skills.
  • Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
  • Minimum age 18, High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible location and schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • 40+ hours/week, based on business needs.
  • Computer literacy, POS operation, multitasking, organizational and analytical skills.
  • Cash handling experience required.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic.

The commission incentive plan allows Assistant Store Managers to earn 2-8% commission based on gross profit, details provided during interviews.
