Position Summary :
Seeking an Assistant Store Manager with at least six months of management or third-key experience. Responsible for daily store operations, promoting a positive environment, leading and developing staff, recruiting, and managing customer relations. Sets the tone for a customer-centric environment.
Partners with the Store Manager to analyze financial statements, meet financial goals, promote the business, and acquire new customers. Works with jewelry, tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more.
This role offers an hourly wage plus commission based on productivity and store performance. Actual pay depends on location, experience, and qualifications.
