Position Summary
Seeking an Assistant Store Manager with at least 6 months of management experience. Responsible for daily store operations, team development, recruiting, financial goals, and customer satisfaction. Sets a customer-centric tone and partners with the Store Manager to analyze financial statements and promote business growth. Handles jewelry, tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more.
This role offers an hourly wage plus commission and performance bonuses. Pay varies based on location, experience, and qualifications.
