Our Retail Assistant Managers lead by example through fair delegation and hands-on work in every store area. They demonstrate a commitment to friendly customer service and teamwork. They act with integrity, following company guidelines in letter and spirit, and hold associates and themselves accountable for meeting company goals. They treat all staff with respect and fairness, showing integrity and resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment.
The responsibilities of Retail Assistant Managers include:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: At least three years of retail experience, including supervisory roles. Experience as a key holder is preferred.
Stores are open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on Sundays from 1 p.m. onward.
Pay rate: $17.21 per hour.
