JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Retail Assistant Managers lead by example through fair delegation and hands-on work in every store area. They demonstrate a commitment to friendly customer service and teamwork. They act with integrity, following company guidelines in letter and spirit, and hold associates and themselves accountable for meeting company goals. They treat all staff with respect and fairness, showing integrity and resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment.

The responsibilities of Retail Assistant Managers include:

  1. Ensuring production and sales goals are met by staff.
  2. Creating a positive store environment for staff and customers.
  3. Managing payroll and timekeeping.
  4. Assisting in achieving production and sales targets.
  5. Closing the store, reconciling cash with daily sales reports, and securing the facility at night.
  6. Handling cash register operations and customer service.
  7. Receiving, pricing, and stocking donations, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds and frequent lifting of 10-35 pounds.
  8. Inspecting, tagging, and hanging textiles and clothing in a production setting.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience: At least three years of retail experience, including supervisory roles. Experience as a key holder is preferred.

WORK HOURS AND PAY

Stores are open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on Sundays from 1 p.m. onward.

Pay rate: $17.21 per hour.
