Position Summary
Seeking an Assistant Store Manager with at least 6 months of management or 3rd key experience. Responsible for daily store operations, team development, recruitment, financial management, and customer satisfaction. Works alongside the Store Manager to meet financial goals, promote the business, and manage a customer-centric environment.
Responsibilities
- Foster a customer-centric environment and address customer issues promptly.
- Assist in training and developing staff.
- Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
- Open and close the store, manage cash and merchandise, and ensure asset protection.
- Manage inventory, loans, merchandising, and store systems.
- Analyze financial statements and drive profitability.
- Ensure store standards meet company policies.
- Monitor loan processes for value and integrity.
- Perform self-development tasks and communicate store goals clearly.
- Act as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Effective supervision skills.
- Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
- Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Computer literacy and cash handling experience.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
