DescriptionWe are currently looking for a Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our team! The role offers an hourly wage plus commission and performance bonuses. Responsibilities include managing store operations, leading and developing staff, and achieving financial goals.Responsibilities include:- Facilitating a customer-centric environment
- Training and supervising staff
- Recruiting top talent
- Opening and closing the store
- Managing inventory and assets
- Analyzing financial statements
- Ensuring store standards and asset protection
- Assisting in loan and merchandise management
- Acting as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds
- Supervisory experience
- Ability to work with firearms and become certified
- Minimum age 18
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Flexibility to work at multiple locations and on weekends/holidays
- 40+ hours/week, with hours based on business needs
- Computer literacy and cash handling experience
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
- Bilingual applicants encouraged.
Commission Plan: Potential earnings of 2-8% based on gross profit, details provided during interview.
