We are seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager with at least six months of management or third key experience. Responsible for daily store operations, team development, recruiting, financial goal achievement, and customer satisfaction. Sets a customer-centric tone and partners with the Store Manager to analyze financial statements and promote asset protection and customer acquisition. The role involves working with various merchandise including jewelry, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more. Compensation includes hourly wages, commissions, and performance bonuses.
