Position Summary
Seeking an Assistant Store Manager with at least 6+ months management experience. Responsible for daily operations, team development, recruiting, financial goals, and customer satisfaction. Promotes a customer-centric environment and manages store financials, asset protection, and merchandise.
This role offers hourly wages plus commissions and performance bonuses, with actual pay based on location, experience, and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a friendly, professional customer environment.
- Train and develop staff including Pawnbrokers.
- Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
- Open and close the store, manage cash and inventory.
- Manage store assets and financials.
- Evaluate financial statements to drive profitability.
- Maintain operational standards and asset protection.
- Monitor loan and merchandise processes.
- Act as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks, lift up to 50 lbs.
- Leadership experience supervising others.
- Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
- Minimum age 18, high school diploma or GED.
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Computer skills, cash handling experience, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Bilingual applicants encouraged.
