$13.00 to $19.00 per hour

Responsible for daily store operations, team development, recruiting, financial management, and customer satisfaction. This role involves analyzing financial statements, asset protection, and promoting business growth. The position offers hourly pay plus commissions and performance bonuses.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating a customer-centric environment.

• Driving profitability and ensuring standards are met.
• Monitoring loan processes for integrity.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Effective supervisory skills.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
• Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literacy and cash handling experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged.
