Primary Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports to meet financial and operational goals.
• Demonstrate Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors in providing exceptional Associate and Customer service; ensure standards are consistently upheld.
• Maintain store standards and ensure operational expectations are met.
• Oversee the upkeep of the front-end, entrance, and store exterior.
• Assign daily tasks to Associates and monitor productivity.
• Perform opening and closing store functions as needed.
• Assist with staffing processes including hiring, recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large retailer.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid Driver’s license required.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Stand for extended periods and work safely.

Starting pay ranges from $18.75 to $19.75 per hour, based on location, experience, and other factors.
