About the Role

Assistant Store Manager supports the Management Team in all areas of operations management and team leadership. The role drives store performance, inspires the team, ensures customer service delivery, and contributes to profitability.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure product displays and store layouts meet company standards.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage restocking processes, and organize the sales floor.
• Operations Management: Oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and other store systems; support peak operations by lifting and moving up to 50 lbs.
• Sales Management: Implement performance strategies, set expectations, and exceed sales goals.
• Problem‑Solving: Proactively address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills for inventory and operational tasks.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Rate: $20.30 hourly; Hourly Range: $20.30–$21.54.
