What’s It All About?

We seek a self-driven, results-oriented Retail Assistant Store Manager passionate about customer service and team coaching. Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests, understanding their needs, and providing personalized service.
• Supporting the Store Manager in meeting sales goals, monitoring customer service, inventory, expenses, and risk.
• Serving as a product knowledge expert across a broad apparel range, including private labels and brands.
• Training and coaching the sales team to enhance skills and operational procedures.

Are You a Fit?

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Store Manager.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in a commission-based environment is a plus.
• Willing to travel to nearby store locations.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.
