About the Role:

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Management Team in operations and team leadership. You will drive daily store performance, motivate employees, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing inventory, visual merchandising, and executing sales strategies to enhance store profitability and success.

Compensation:

• Starting Rate: $17.31
• Hourly Range: $17.31 - $18.37

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and motivate staff to meet sales and service goals.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure displays meet brand standards.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and organize the sales floor.
• Operations Management: Oversee store systems, scheduling, and procedures. Support operational tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Sales Management: Implement strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets.
• Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges and customer concerns proactively.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 18 years old
