What You Do

• Coordinate between support functions such as Store Support and Visual
• Monitor theft and fraud prevention within store and warehouse
• Assist with budget prep, trend analysis, and gross margin tracking
• Participate in inventory management and cycle counts
• Drive to house calls and assist with deliveries (must have a clean MVR)
• Train new employees, serving as SME and Visual Ambassador

What You Bring

• Minimum three years in design or luxury retail, with two in a supervisory role preferred
• Knowledge of the design industry, fabrics, and applications is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word
• Technical device familiarity (phone, tablet, laptop)
• Problem-solving skills and a professional demeanor
