Responsibilities

• Coordinate between support functions such as Store Support and Visual Merchandising.
• Monitor activities to prevent theft and fraud in store and warehouse areas.
• Assist in budget preparation, trend analysis, and tracking gross margins.
• Support inventory management, including annual and cycle counts.
• Make house calls and assist with deliveries; valid MVR required.
• Train new employees and serve as Subject Matter Expert and Visual Ambassador.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in design or luxury retail, with at least two years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of the design industry, fabrics, and general design practices preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Technical familiarity with phones, tablets, and computers.
• Problem-solving skills with a positive, professional demeanor.
