Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are expected.

• Customer service focus and basic loss prevention knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional displays and store fixtures.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, process damaged items, and record-keeping.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash.
• Support Store Manager in training and developing Store Associates.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment with professional interactions.
