Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience preferred.
• Sales experience to drive revenue and meet targets.
• Excellent communication in written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate employees to achieve sales and customer service goals.
• Maintain brand displays and store layout to Skechers' standards for style and innovation.
• Monitor stock levels, restock, and organize the sales floor.
• Oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and store operations; lift up to 50 lbs.
