Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development in Griffith, Indiana. You will assist with daily store activities, help customers, manage merchandise flow, and participate in opening/closing procedures to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.

• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain store areas to company standards and ensure security of assets.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, and payroll/scheduling tasks.
