Qualifications

• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
• Strong communication with team and management.
• Scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Brand leadership: supervise and plan associates' daily goals to deliver exceptional client experiences and maximize sales.
• People: recruit, train and develop teams; coach underperformance; maintain positive associate relations.
• Operations: ensure execution of company processes; manage inventory and omni-channel fulfillment; payroll hours and scheduling.
• Safety/Loss Prevention: maintain safe store environment; protect assets and manage cash controls.
