Role Summary

We’re seeking a motivated, customer-focused Part-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our Woodmere, OH retail team. In this role, you’ll support the Store Manager with daily operations, team leadership, and customer service — all while helping to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere in our candy and ice cream store. Ideal candidates thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and enjoy being part of a fun, hardworking team.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations

• Assist with opening and closing the store.
• Support daily operations, including restocking, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Help manage inventory and ensure products are fresh and attractively presented.

• Help train and guide team members to ensure consistent service and productivity.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented atmosphere focused on shared success.
• Assist with scheduling and shift coverage, ensuring adequate staffing during peak times.
  
  
  

Customer Experience

• Deliver outstanding service that reflects Malley’s values and brand.
• Respond to customer needs, questions, and concerns with professionalism and care.

Sales & Merchandising

• Assist in achieving sales goals by promoting products, upselling, and creating engaging displays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred; management or keyholder experience a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Dependable, flexible, and comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Enthusiastic about chocolate, customer service, and teamwork.
