Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment, preferably footwear and athletic apparel.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to assist in managing a team and meet goals.
• Self-starter with initiative for important tasks.
• Strong attention to detail with multi-tasking ability.
• Team-player with passion for customer service and selling merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on action plans for sales, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Take responsibility for store operations in Store Manager's absence.
• Support recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Inform Store Manager about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Ensure quality customer service is maintained.
• Perform general administrative duties as needed and assist Store Manager.
