This regular full-time role supports store operations at the Fredericktown location, supervising staff and ensuring high-quality customer service while maintaining product displays and donation processing. The position requires open availability, prior management experience, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Must have open availability

• Stand and walk for extended periods, bend, twist, stoop and lift up to 50 lbs
