Job summary

Chico's in Columbus is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a fashion-forward team and creating a welcoming, customer-centric shopping experience. You will drive sales, coach associates, and maintain brand standards throughout the store.

You will also help manage inventory, execute store initiatives, and build community partnerships through in-store events and philanthropy, while upholding company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading the team and delivering a customer-centered experience.
