Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Assist in organizing and transferring merchandise between stockroom, delivery, and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain store areas to company standards and ensure security of assets.
• Support onboarding and development of Store Associates.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Follow all policies, safety guidelines and corporate directives.
• Handle back-office tasks including payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
