Qualifications

• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Brand: supervise and plan associates’ daily goals to deliver an exceptional client experience and maximize sales.
• People: train and develop teams; recruit to build a strong network of candidates and coach as needed.
• Operations: ensure execution of company processes and Omni-channel fulfillment.
• Inventory and payroll: manage inventory, ordering, shipping, and payroll hours.
• Safety/Loss Prevention: maintain a safe store environment and protect company assets.
