is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy retail team in a fast-paced environment. You will drive profitability through strong customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement, while coaching the sales team for peak performance. You will collaborate with the Store Director and leadership peers to adapt store strategies, supervise daily operations, and ensure best-in-class service.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail management experience.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty.
• Scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product and lift at least 40 pounds (18 kg).

Responsibilities

• Support Store Director & Associate Store Manager to impact business results and profitability.
• Own division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist recruiting, training and development efforts when needed.
• Partner to create a collaborative working environment for associates.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class customer service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to elevate customer connections.
• Develop community engagement and loyalty through events.
• Step into various sales floor roles as needed.
