Job summary

Factory Stores H.F.D. No. 55, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our leadership team in Pittsburgh. You will drive profitability through strong customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement, while coaching the sales team to maximize performance.

You will collaborate with the Store Director and Associate Store Manager to adapt strategies, ensure smooth operations, and deliver best-in-class service across all shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management experience.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Director & Associate Store Manager to drive profitability and customer connection.
• Own designated divisions such as Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling.
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist recruiting, training and development as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to create a positive working environment.
• Lead sessions to boost product knowledge and customer connection.
• Develop ideas to engage the community and build loyalty.
