Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.
• Consult with Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assume responsibility of the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Assist in personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales stats, and expenses to maintain profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Ensure quality customer service per policy and manuals.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by Hibbett I City Gear.
