You will train staff, maintain health and safety standards, handle customer service, merchandising, and cash registers, and meet scheduling requirements including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior convenience store experience helpful but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of employees to improve sales performance.
• Assist in training and motivation of store personnel.
• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers.
• Suggest merchandise purchases to customers.
• Learn and operate the cash register and stock merchandise accurately.
• Stock and face merchandise and maintain store appearance.
• Maintain health and safety standards and comply with regulations.
• Handle cash and daily transactions and balance till close.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Work at least two nights per week and three weekends per month.
