Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising store operations and departments.
• Establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Own store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and evaluating personnel.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards.
• Maintain extraordinary customer service per the customer service manual.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Follow company policies and standards as listed in manuals.
• Protect assets and financial information by ensuring internal controls; report fraud risks.
