Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of Hibbett I City Gear.
• Consult with Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assumes responsibility of the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Recruit and train store personnel; evaluate performance.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Ensure profitability by monitoring inventory, sales statistics, and expenses.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards; report inventory movement and trends.
• Maintain high-quality customer service per manuals.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by Hibbett I City Gear.
• Uphold company policies and procedures as listed in manuals.
