Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Proven leadership experience guiding teams.
• Strong customer service background.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Analytical and decision-making in high-pressure environments.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and standard computer applications.
• Experience in retail or customer service operations.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Willing to work non-standard hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
