Job summary

Skechers, the Comfort Technology Company, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Management Team in operations and team leadership at our New Jersey store.

You will drive daily performance, mentor a team, and ensure seamless customer service while managing inventory, merchandising, and store processes. This role offers opportunities for career advancement within Skechers' global network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
