Job summary

Skechers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for East Rutherford, NJ to support the Management Team across operations, people leadership, and customer service. You will drive daily store performance, mentor a team, and ensure seamless service while upholding Skechers' brand standards.

You will manage inventory, optimize visual merchandising, and execute sales initiatives to grow revenue. The role requires weekend/evening availability and a focus on creating a respectful, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and achieving sales goals.
• Strong visual merchandising and inventory skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical store tasks.
• Availability on weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities
