Windsor Fashions is seeking an Assistant Manager for our store at 19 Youngstown - Boardman, OH 44512. This role combines leadership with hands-on sales, coaching, and operational excellence to create the Windsor Oasis for every customer.

You will partner with the Store Manager to recruit, train, and retain a team of up to 25 associates, ensuring strong performance and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. The position offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management experience.
• Ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Effective communicator in group settings and one-on-one.
• Flexible and reliable schedule, including opening and closing the store.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to ensure the overall success of the store and deliver an omni-channel Oasis experience for customers.
• Support the Store Manager in finding and onboarding talent to build a strong team.
• Organize and plan in detail to execute daily store operations and merchandising guidance.
• Lead by example, coach, and provide feedback to the team while using company tools.
• Uphold Windsor policies and maintain store integrity and visual standards.
