Job summary

Windsor is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in Minnesota. You will drive sales, manage payroll and expenses, and coach a high-performing team of fashion Stylists while upholding Windsor's standards and values.

You will partner with the Store Manager to recruit and retain talent, organize daily operations, and ensure an Omni-channel Oasis experience for customers. A minimum of 1 year in retail management is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication skills, both group and one-to-one.
